On stage · where I show up live

I speak to operators — not technology generalists.

Conferences, closed-door exec roundtables, and podcasts. I don't read slides. I tell stories from active engagements — including the mistakes — and give operators something they can use on Monday morning.

01 · Topics

Five things I talk about — well.

I keep the list short on purpose. Every one of these comes from work I am doing right now, not work I did five years ago. If it's not one of these five, the answer is usually "ask someone else."

01

Agentic AI

The operator's view — what actually ships for mid-market companies, why most initiatives die in the deck phase, and the decisions that separate reality from theater.

Entrepreneurship

Building a small giant — boutique, senior-led, intentional. The lineage from Burlingham's Small Giants to what I am building with Vstorm, and why the next decade rewards this shape.

03

Strategy

Positioning, bets, and focus inside a category that changes every quarter. Why narrowing is the competitive advantage, and how to decide what not to do when everything feels urgent.

Personal energy

How I operate as a founder — systems for time, attention, and energy. Running transformations, building a company, investing, and writing in public without burning out.

03 · Formats

How I show up.

I adapt the delivery to the room — but never the substance. Here are the formats that work best for the topics above.

Keynote
25–45 min · Large room · Narrative arc
Fireside
45–60 min · Moderated conversation
Roundtable
8–20 execs · Closed door · Chatham House
Podcast
Remote or in-person · Long-form preferred
04 · Questions

Four things organizers ask first.

Short answers, so you can decide before you write the email.

01

What formats do you take?

Keynote, 25 to 45 minutes in a large room. Fireside, 45 to 60 minutes, moderated. Closed-door roundtable for 8 to 20 executives under Chatham House rules. Podcasts, remote or in person, long-form preferred. I adapt the delivery to the room, never the substance.

02

What language do you speak in?

English. If your room needs another language, ask before you set the agenda and I will tell you straight whether I can do it.

03

Do you travel?

The stage formats are in person, so yes. Podcasts work remote or in person. Send the date and the city and I will tell you whether it works.

04

What do you charge?

Ask me. It depends on the audience, the format, and the travel, so there is no rate card. Tell me what you are planning and I will come back with an answer.

Planning something? Tell me about it.
